Fuel line, where does this go?

I looked at several fuel line diagrams and can’t figure out where this line should be connected. The tractor works fine, except a small amount of diesel fuel is on the right front axle. It’s a 2010 L3400.

Yep..you might have seen a “small amount” of fuel on the axle….but it Was pissing more onto the ground.
