Fuel Issue MX200?

I have a MX5200 HST. When I depress the shuttle beyond a certain point (say 1.5 mph), I lose all power just short of stalling out. I can move very slowly, but beyond that the whole tractor bogs down. I checked the water separator (all good) as well as the screen in the separator (clean). I have good fuel delivery until my filter and was unsure how to check beyond the filter. Next step is to change the filter. Any other input/advice would be greatly appreciated.

On a separate note (perhaps?), I posted a few days ago about loss of power to the PTO (see discussion here) . It seems to be the PTO solenoid but I was wondering if these two issues could be related?

One piece of info to add to the post aboveis that I can rev the engine high with no issues. However, when I depress the shuttle (accelerator) to move, it bogs down and stops. Could this be a hydraulic issue and not a fuel issue?

Is the parking brake engaged?
If you press the pedal harder does it die completely?
How many hours on the machine?
This and your PTO issue are related, you lost PTO because of engine / hydraulic power not because a solenoid is bad.
Could be as simple as a bad lift pump (Red).
To test for fuel flow :
Remove the plug in the top of the fuel filter housing and turn the key on, you should get a good flow of fuel, if your not, you have issues with separator, filter, hoses, tank flow or more likely lift pump.

Thanks for the reply. I have 850 hours on the tractor. I will give this a try and report back.
