I have an L3200. I recently did oil and filters change and when I removed the fuel filter, there was only one O-ring...the large one(#6A320-59940). I see in the owners manual there are two O-rings shown for filter #6A320-59930. Where exactly do you place the small O-ring?

Would it be INSIDE the small tube that drops down from the top of the housing? I inspected that tube and there was no small O-ring on the outside of it or stuck to the end of it. I didn't look to see if maybe it was up inside of it.

The o-ring should fit around the outside of that tube. ;)

Well there was no small O-ring on the outside of that tube. I'm going to take the bowl back off and re-inspect everything. Hopefully this will be my last question. Do the O-rings, big one and the little one, just lay where they fall into place naturally or are they supposed to be stretched and seated into a specific place? Thanks in advance for all your help!

They should just lay in place. ;)

My pet peeve is that a new small o-ring should be INCLUDED with the new filter not a seperate buy.

The reason it isn't is that some models that use the filter don't use the O-ring.
So always including it would confuse the ones that don't need it. ;)
