What’s the little drain over top of the oil filter? It looks like it’s supposed to be for fuel but when I open it it seems like coolant coming out?

You can not just blindly ask a question... There are thousands of Tractors, and equipment that kubota makes, and they are not all build the same, so a lot more direction is helpful.
If coolant is coming out then it's not a fuel drain, or you have some serious issues, there isn't a fuel drain on 99% of Kubota's.
What are you trying to accomplish with ???? because of ???? on ????...

Maybe this is a clue to which model is being referenced. Then again, maybe they are asking about their car, truck, snowmobile, moped, etc...

This one sorry about that it’s a 1501-FD just thought it was a weird spot for a coolant drain looks like it should be fuel related

Why would you have fuel in the block?
The only fuel is in the fuel injection pump.
