Just refilled my L4060. I put the key on the second position and began filling. I was a little below half a tank. As the fuel neared the top, an intermittent beeping began. As it got more full, the beeping became quicker, before finally becoming continuous when it was full or just about full. Great feature, reminded me of the backup sensors on a truck.

What is less accurate is the “gallons consumed” on the dash display. My dash said I used 6.2 gallons but I was able to put 7.4 gallons in it. Maybe it wasn’t quite full the last time, I dunno.

Great tractor.

I thought a great idea too, but mine works only sometimes.

Don't have that on my 'ancient' M9's but my fuel filler is below the cab floor level on the left side so I can see when it's about full.

That’s where it is on the L60 as well...it just lets you be super lazy and not even have to look into the filler neck.

My refueling set-up uses an auto-shut-off nozzle and that works just fine.
(I got fed-up with gas cans and converted a propane tank, pressurized it with shop air, and use a hose-and-nozzle.). What a major difference, and well worth the effort.
