I'm looking to upgrade/ switch to an Ag tire or just a more aggressive bar tire, but I need to replace my rims. Problem is, I'm having a difficult time finding 6x12, 6 lug rims, I'm wondering if it would be a viable option for me to buy or build a steel lug adapter to convert it to either 4 or 5 lug rims. Has anyone done a modification or adaptation like this? What problems could arise, aside from increased stress on the axle/hub, which I imagine could be remedied using a different offset on the rims? Maybe I'm wasting my time?

Many years ago we used to put wheel adapters on VW Beetle dune buggy's and Baja Bug's to convert to 5 lug Chevy wheels. I am sure that there has to be an adapter somewhere that will accomplish what you want to do. Do a search on Amazon, I bet that you can find something on there.

one place..... https://wheeladaptersusa.com/... though I didn't look too hard after seeing the prices !!!
Being a bodger and lots of steel, it might take an hour to bang off a pair of them, less if I get neighbour to punch holes out with his Ironworker....

TDEAN: I was able to find 4 lugs 6-12 front rim for my b7100 at a trailer dealer/manifacturer. 25$ a piece. The only ''problem'' is those wheel don't have an offset, but for the price I'm happy with them. I'm pretty sure you can find 6 lugs 6-12 rim at a trailer dealer near you.

There are a number of manufacturers/dealers/online sales of farm/agricultural/industrial implement wheels, If you know your bolt pattern you should not have any trouble finding a set of front wheels for your tractor, I sourced a set from agrisupply co for the back of my B7500HST, The price with shipping was about 1/3 the cost of a new rim from Kubota

Don't use adapters!
There is a lot of places that will make the right rim for pretty reasonable.

Check with Miller Tire, as they seam to be able to find some of these odd items.
