I hope you’re still in this site. I have the same tractor and need to replace belt. Can you tell me did you just remove the 3 bolts to the crank and the pump bolts. The reason it didn’t move the first try was it because the flange to the blue part was just rusted to the blue part(I think that is the pulley).
