And a steady hand. And some mechanical skills. Come to think of if you will probably need some hydraulic jacks or a fork lift, jack stands. And a vertical milling machine. And a good surface level concrete floor. Some big welding clamps.
Easy peasy.
Edit. If your toolbox contains nothing but duct tape and a pair of channel locks this definitely sounds like a project for you. Do it on the front lawn and entertain the neighbors.
