What kind of adjustment are you looking for? Is it not working? Does the 3 point hitch work correctly? Have you checked your fluids? New filters? Type of hydraulic fluid?

Trying to adjust the Front loader so it will raise how do you adjust it found where its at but dont know how to really adjust it
The joystick has a lock on it to prevent accidental movement.

Look for a metal tab sticking out towards the front or side of the joystick.

These are two examples of locks from a M7040

Do NOT go making other adjustments as you will make a small problem very large

Hydraulic coupler may not be fully seated, turn tractor off, move joystick to all positions, unplug coupler(s), reseat them and retest.
