I just got a 1984 B8200 w/front loader. All 4 rams are leaking. An I better off getting them fixed, or just buying new ones?

Suggest you verify if the rams are still available and their cost. This may dictate rebuilding or other options.
Did a quick check and it looks like one of the rams is $343, but there are several different models/revisions to the BF300 FEL, so this could change

I'd try a local hyd. repair shop for seal kits. Might that the head off of one cyl and take the entire cyl in for them to see.
Last year I needs seal kits for BobCat Skidsteer. BC wanted $44 each. Local hyd shop had them the next day for $11 each cylinder.

I'd go to a local hyd shop as well. You'll save yourself a ton of money.
Most expensive ones I've ever had rebuilt were 4" and it was only about $150 for both. The 2"-3" usually only cost about $30-40 but that's with me taking them about and putting back together.

Check to see if there is any pitting or rust on the chrome part of the ram. If you have either of these things you will eat through seal kits in no time flat unless refinished
I know from older cylinder rams the chrome must be better/thicker then on newer cylinder rams. I've bought equipment that had beads of rust on a ram, polished them off with steel wool or very fine emery paper and us the cyl for years. A B8200 may fit this category.
If you do you own work, cleaning and a new seal kit is worth a try if there is some minor rust. If that leaks, you then know you've done all you can and a new ram required.
