Front crankshaft oil leak...

Hello guys,
After some months at rest for my L4202DT,today was time to fire it up again.
I have no problem to do this but suddenly i see engine oil to leak in front of crankcase.
I think that is behind balancer.
Is a "seal" problem you think?

The other day I was at the local auto parts store. They had a kit to put a colored die in the oil. If you can get your hands on something like this that would really help with your situation.

I have noticed that leakage is behind balancer.
In order to change the seal i need to brake the front part of the tractor or there is any other choice?
