Looking to get a front blade for my BX2230. I've seen the BX 2763a mentioned a bunch but is there a listing on which implement and attachments fit on what tractors? Trying to see if the 2763A is my only option for frame mounted. Thank you in advance.

You want the BX2763 not BX2763A (there is no such animal)
And it's not frame mounted, it a Quick hitch mounted blade
You will need BX2751 hitch

I can not offer much if any help but does appear as if there is a BX2763A model. Looking at the part breakdowns there does appear to be SN break. I also can not determine if this serial number break denotes the difference between a bx2763 and bx2763a

I think A is with the hydrauluc angle with cylinder. You would need quick hitch adapter bx2751 or some plows can attach to loader arms.

If you have a quick attach, go check craigslist. Save yourself some money if you don’t mind used. I found a 7 foot for $750. If I get it, will cut it down.

When you find a letter after the number, such as BX2763 and then BX2763A the A designates that there was a modification to the initially released part BX2763, it doesn't indicate that a hydraulic cylinder has been added. I have never seen where a completely different mounting system resulted in the addition of just the letter. I have seen when people mistakenly replace one decal with another thinking that it didn't matter if it had a letter after the number. This frequently happens with snowblowers where a case is changed and the original snowblower number is replaced with the wrong suffix letter, causing many problems when researching repair parts.
In the above picture, Ken Erickson mentions a serial number break, which means that some part used on the original blade is replaced with a newer part and the newer part will also have a new part number. Sometimes you will need to search both part numbers to see exactly what the part change is. Sometimes the new part will be backward compatible, and that will be indicated by showing the original part number being discontinued, and the new part number will supersede the old part number.

Yes I have been watching craigslist and facebook marketplace, but no joy yet. I was just curious if any other model fits my tractor. My local dealer may have one as well, but waiting for a reply from them.

Any of the BX snowblowers and plow blades will fit except for the Series 80 K Connect products.

Well my dealer called back. They have one new in the crate but $1900! Ouch!!! And I though things painted green were expensive.

I would be checking Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist daily until I found one for less money. They are out there and summertime is when you will find the best deals. I am not ashamed to say that if I see a good deal I will buy it and then resell it when the snow is on the ground and make a small profit.

Yes I am watching CL and FB like a hawk. I got my tractor from FBM. I am thinking I might try for a TG2754 which is like what I have on my atv and then pounce when I see a 2763 and then sell off the TG.
