Just wanted to drop by to say Hi. I've been Allis Chalmers forever but I'm now the proud owner of a B2782A Front mount Blower on a B-3000 Kubota Tractor with all the whistles & bells. I've only got 20 hours on it with barely enough snow this Winter to evaluate it honestly. Hope to get feed back from other B-3000 owners.

Here I am in my first ever heated cab. :)

From Persian orange to kubota orange. At least it's in the right color family. I came from Farmall red to join the orange fraternity. Still got one cub to sell yet then I'll be completely orange blooded. I can't say that too loud being from Kentucky or I'll have to explain myself over and over. Folks in Kentucky talk basketball very seriously. They think all kentuckians should bleed blue because of U of K.

That blower on the back of the allis looks huge. Is it big or just the foreshortened angle?

I might get lynched by the mob but the only other tractor I've ever had cross my mind is an old school Ford. Like an old 8 N or an industrial Ford with a FEL

I think the photo angle is at work. That's a replica of a 1950's Minnesota Erskine single stage snow thrower, and it worked damn well too, except for heavy wet stuff.
I wore the original Erskine out. The beauty of that set up was that it was counter balanced,... lift it, hit the brake... and you just turned a 180 degree turn on your narrow drive way.

I'm not totally orange, I have an old McCormick Deering Sickle Mower #7 that I just can't seem to part with.:)

I also have an old Minnesota Sickle Mower I have yet to restore. The Minnesota State Prison System once manufactured and sold a line of farm machinery, called simply 'Minnesota'.
