All along the mighty MO. this spring something like that will be needed. Corp of Engineers is already saying the soil is saturated more then this time last year.

I feel sorry for the folks and farmers effected by those dikes giving in.

I'll never see one of them up here helping flood victims ! Dang guv is NOT interested. They NEVER open floodgates BEFORE known ,heavy rains instead let the waters build up and destroy the land,homes and families.
If I showed up with that rig, I'd be told to leave.....
I've always wondered where the 1000s, and 1000s of plastic sandbags go after the floods.........
yeha, I'm 66 and cynical after SEEING what happens up here...
