got the glow plug problem straightened out, thanks to you guys, now another issue. was using the box blade today, so mainly looking over shoulder. put it back on the trailer and noticed fluid on the toe of my boot. thought it was a hose going to the steering box. got it home pulled the covers, cleaned it up and started looking. it coming from under the steering wheel, going down the steering shaft and migrating to the deck.

I looked at the exploded view, looks like the hydro ends at the box, so hows the fluid going up, then out.

any insight would be appreciated

thanks

Most likely if it's not coming from any of the 4 hose connections, it's coming out of the top seal of the steering controller.

You will want to make 100% sure that your issue is the top seal and not a hose or hose connection as it looks to be a non rebuild-able steer controller and it's $1103.30 to replace it.

Check with a local hydraulic shop, you might get lucky and find a rebuild unit that will fit or they might be able to fix yours. ;)

Correct. We had one that was a trade in, L3600, that began to leak at the top seal before the wholesale auction house could pick it up. Had to be fixed. Local hydraulic shop was able to repair it, saved our tail end on that deal.
