Anyone know where I can send my FPV for a reliable test? Cant find anyone around me to do test. (Edit: not looking for guesses, lets save everyones time, I have exhausted all local shops/dealers. Looking for a KNOWN shop, Kubota dealer or not, to send the valve Assembly to. Thnx)

Not sure what you need tested, but do you have a local hydraulic shop?

Unless your dealer does their own stuff (most don't) they have to have a shop they use. Just ask them any find out what they do.

Try a heavy equipment place like a Cat dealer. Years ago I had to have the flow set on a trackhoe for a hammer and they had everything needed to set the flow.

Most, if not all, shops will not have the necessary equipment or tooling / adapters to test a FPV remotely.

Have you looked into the WSM to see if they state how to test it on the tractor?

And why do you think it's not working right, what is your problem?
