wire wheel/compress air/solvent/abrasive everything, hit with paint hopefully

grind down jb weld over welds on the hood

now: hit everything with compress air, dab entire loader with diesel and big paint brush, wire wheel loader with 6 inch soft wire, high speed, put L295 on blocks bring wheels close to orange paint, hit everything with solvent, then compress air, tape off things not getting painted, hit it all in one shot with the orange,

new narrative going forward: do not let people popcorn get cold, meaning

keep the show moving, do not make it perfect, if you make your own popcorn get cold, it is losing interest due to too high of standard,

light on your feet, not too elaborate with every task, give it a solid one time, not too much effort into any task because there are so many

(let this narrative marinate while you wire wheel and paint prep)

big paint brush dab entire loader with diesel

keep air compressor on nonstop hitting every surface very hard with ompress air

dab it generously with big brush half gallon diesel so far

alternate between those two until all surface clean and flat

now: put L295 on block, take off all wheel, put metal on dirt, then put all wheel on the metal, hit hard with diesel/air nonstop

be generally comprehensive, not specifically comprehensive...

put L295 back on block away from orange paint area, good time to fix the seat situation later on since wheels not in the way

setup of how to lay paint on all 4 wheel, entire loader, all rest of parts on tractor

now: keep hitting everything with generous diesel on paint brush, compress air hitting metal very closely, get both side of wheel until all surface fully flat, hit the loader one time hard with fast wire wheel

all part hit hard with diesel/air/wire wheel, even hit entire loader with fast wire wheel on polisher

now: hit everything with solvent, then hit with perfect paint

airless sprayer not building pressure, take it apart, see if you can fix it, if not,

get a big clean bucket of solvent, and apply with brush, then hit it with compress air

i would rather the airless sprayer work

Fix airless sprayer, spray 7 gallon solvent on all panel, 5 gallon just on the loader

Loaded up paint gun with kubota orange, spray gun not spraying properly

Took it apart 3-4 time, tried unclogging it, still does not want to spray normally

Then sprayed just solvent and it seem to spray normal, maybe

That paint so thick, that spray gun cannot push it out properly,

Unlikely but maybe

This project would have been done long ago and there would have been far less damage done if the problems had been focused on instead of appearances.

Fix paint gun, paint everything

while taking paint gun apart 3 - 4 time, this is what I was able to spray last night

it seems like it is trying to push out but something stopping it

plan for today: try to take apart gun more and see if it is clog, clean everything, then maybe

thin down the paint and just paint it with the broken paint gun

it just needs my attention to get fixed, but so does everything else

narrative need to be declare:

from what I remember, I did get all hoses and fitting to attach all hydraulic line on the loader, and I do have loader contoller, hoses

one of the legendary dinosaur had me do "jic 8" the whole way around, meaning

I could have everything needed to get the loader on the L295, moving up and down, carving earth, all that

meaning, we are so close to gold/cash/value/goal

also while tinkering with the loader, i cant help but notice it is bigger than the tractor, huge piece of steel, very long and wide


watch this video, try to understand the gun more, try to see where they clog

I was never able to take off the "nozzle" since it is tight, in the video, he has it on vice, maybe I take it off and see what is behind, maybe some paint or something stuck back there

I have not been running it with a filter on its intake where it go down into the paint canister

FINALLY got your fix of laying paint

what a crazy person, there was NOTHING wrong the gun

I was in the rash state, not thinking naturally, the paint was too thick and just needed more thinner

document this so that it is on the record: I wasted 2-3 hour of finicking with the paint gun, not trusting my instinct which was:

when i pour the paint, it goes slow, saying to me it is thick, but the rash state took me in another direction of not following my instinct,

the rash state will kill ability to get the gold/wealth by,

in the rash state, i put energy and hours into non progress,

thinking something was wrong when there wasnt

our talent/progress can only happen in the non rash state

More coat paint, carefully flip parts

you do not realize how much steel there is to paint until you do it

almost out of orange paint one gallon

thinned down, I have sprayed 1.5-2 gallon paint

the loader alone take so much more paint than it look

paint both side wheels, move them carefully, drop one wheel in the dirt with fresh paint, use brush dip in sovent, remove the crud, spray again with orange,

went through up close for 2-3 hour hitting every surface, twisting the nozzle adjusting your target,

let parts dry somewhat, then carefully flip them over and do other side

now: keep scanning through and see if you miss anything until you run out of paint

walk away from fresh paint for 15 minute, let it cure, come back and finish off rest of kubot orange paint

no you didnt, pour solvent in the gallon, shake it up pour that into your gun, spray that last bit

make $75 dollar investment into $750, squeeze every bit of value out of your investment

ok now, completely out of paint, this loader alone take gallon and gallon

the rest of the panels use up 25% of gallon, loader use up 75% of kubota orange

I underestimated how much steel there is to cover, it is more than painting a car

let it cure and let yourself cure from that big task,

"what a crazy person, he thought he can wire wheel everything, clean everything, and then paint everything all in one day"

covered in dirt and kubota orange, can barely stand, if you can muster some energy,

the seat is not sitting right on the chassis, it need to come out and I need to realign those bolt hole or drill new ones

take out current bolts, see if you can align the bolt hole and fasten it straight

idea for later: I do have some gym floor pads: cut those into pieces that cover the sharp plastic, fasten them from back side with small screw and big washer...

i search for energy, but none found yet. narrate on the next steps:

let the paint cure, fix the seat situation, put wheel on L295, lift up on front of loader enough to get over front axle of L295, work it into position, get the bolts of loader on tractor, then

connect all hydraulics, weld in fitting where it rusted out, etc

wait til you get to that point to narrate more

Joe when you paint your wheels carefully smear a thin layer of grease up to the steel on the rubber of the tire. When the paint is dry, wipe the grease off.

I want to see what is on the other side of your metal barricade!!!! ;) ;)

ton of task going through your mind: fix the seat, put on the fenders, take off steering wheel, reinstall the dash and components, cant put the hood on because I need access to the decompression lever, somehow fix that later on so you can put the hood on,

simplify plan and be practical:

fix the seat, put on the fenders, put on all wheels and get it off block, raise the loader, get L295 attach to the loader,

then at that point you can do ton of task including:

hydraulics for loader, put the hood and maybe salvage the decompression mechanism, maybe move my switches from the diesel tank to the dash, put the exhaust hanger,

grind down seat, hit with compress air, got 2 or 3 bolt on the seat more straight, good enough for now, put towel over it, keep show moving

install fenders, seat no longer sharp, all it needed was 5 minute grinding wheel

put on all 4 wheel, get L295 off of block, lift up on loader, ease L295 into position to get bolted to its loader...

get the wheel on, lift up on tractor, take out all blocks, she back on her feet

dont scratch paint too much when putting wheel back on

assess the charging/hillbilly ignitiioin situation, get her started, go get her connected to the loader

i wish bx1500 was not fully seized, I would lift up and down on loader using its 3 point hitch,

as I get L295 chassis bolts to line up with the massive freshly painted loader

small win: the hillbilly ignition work. It killed the battery, recharged it, and started without a jump, and

seat actually comfortable in the state it is in

move L295, line it up with rails on loader

rails have to be lifted where I point to clear chassis,

lift up on the rails using cheap jack, get over the hump, move L295 forward, drop loader rails, align all bolt hole, get bolts in there

keep lifting up on loader until axle goes past the brackets, then drop the loader, move L295 forward, line up front bolt holes, then rest of bolt hole

wrestle around in the dirt getting blocks in place, get up maneuver L295 slowly forward, get back in the dirt, lift up on certrain areas, almost got bolts lined up

somehow got 2 bolt in one corner, lift up on bucket with cheap jack, get your dolly underneath, now

use dolly to pull left/right, use cheap jack to lift up/down, get your bolts in, make sure you put washer, fasten them tight

Finally got the six bolt that hold front of loader, and got a mock bolt into the four corners holding onto tractor

this task take way more out of me than all the engine/piston/gear work,

underneath machine, covered in dirt, one wrong move and you injure yourself especially head,

in the dirt, dragging blocks all over, going deep underneath to fasten a bolt, dont forget a single detail or you wear yourself out from too much motion

unable to move single muscle, covered in dirt and kubota orange, narrative ask:

"now you see how deep you were in that engine and how much work it take to get to it?"

I agree, for what little effort it takes to mask off the tires from the wheels it makes a HUGE difference in your paint job. Nothing worse than overspray on tires.

I would think those miss matched front tires are going to be hard on your 4wd ratio.

I need to replace a bushing for my Kubota front end quick connect, Kubota wants $50. Do you think I can use a stack of washers? :unsure:
1-1/8" OD x 5/8" ID x 15/16" long.

I think if you use the Chinesium washers that are soft like brass, the ride quality will improve 🤔
