First Tractor - Trying to Get Information on 2022 Supply Chain

I ordered an L4060HSTC back in September, did some back and forth trying to find something actually in stock, and the order is now for an L4060HSTC-LE, with 3 rear remotes. Well the tractor has been at the dealer for at least 2 months, waiting on an LA805 loader.
Tractors are somewhat easy to get, the loaders are not. I can't even find one if I wanted to buy it separately and put it on myself. So I wait, not knowing when I will get it.
Just as bad as trucks. I ordered an F350 and it will take 9 months before it is built. Normally its 8-12 weeks. To top it all off there is another chip shortage.

I had to travel a bit over 2 hours up to Winchester, Va to a dealer who had tractors and loaders. None of the 3 dealers nearer to Charlottesville had any loaders. Got my tractor within about a week and then the box blade the next week (sales guy just didn't make it in early enough to tell the delivery guy to get the box blade). Another sales guy brought the box blade down.
Had to be flexible. Wanted a B2301. Dealer only had the B2601.
Wanted R4s. Only had tractors with R14s.
Wanted rear TnT. 4 weeks wait for hydraulic kits. 34 weeks wait for Fit Right cylinders and lines.
Specified a 5 ft Landpride box blade. He had a Woods.
Wanted 54 inch FEL. Only had 60 inch.
Got a good price for the JD 2025R. Local JD dealer was hot to trot for it, too. Haven't heard yet where it ended up. He had a buyer for it in Winchester for $1k more than he gave me for it.
I have a friend who had been buying tractors and now a BobCat from Winchester Equipment since about 1980. He showed up at the dealership.

So that's 9 months... and that may only be the tractor with no implements or FEL. I am going to stop by my dealer in a week and see what the will "official" say about the expected delivery time. From this thread the word is 13 month wait for tractor like the LX3310 I ordered. I guess the main reason I want to stop by my dealer is to make sure I am on the waiting list. My tractor is just to start working on my place and to start a hobby farm. I cant imagine what people who need equipment to do their jobs everyday must be going through. Thanks for the reply.

I just watch this one this morning. I subscribe to the Messicks YouTube channel because its good information. This one is very interesting. The steel surcharge is one of the things that I am wondering will come into play when I might see the tractor order I placed in DEC21.

As per above post re: flexibility, - Maybe check out adjacent models or engines for availability?
Also, push the geography out and get on the phone. It worked for me and I have read here that others found similar results.

I did just that, checked out adjecent models, L3560 L4060 LE, and there was a 3560, but no FEL, there was a L4060 LE with loader, but was a ghost as it was sold mnths prior and never pulled from inventory.
Now the L4060HSTC-LE is in, the 3 rear remotes are installed, but, no FEL. No ETA on when the FEL may arrive, and because both would be on a Kubota finance, I cannot even buy the tractor so it sits at the dealer until the FEL arrives, whenever that is. If it doesn't come in by spring, I will have no choice but to skip getting the loader on the same contract because I need the tractor to do field work come spring.

Over the past week my dealer has increased their inventory on tractors and implements considerably. Stopped in today and they said availability is improving from their perspective. In Virginia here.

This is the first positive news... which is good. I am going to my dealer next week to just talk to the salesman to see what he will say. I am hoping the parts supply is back to "normal" soon for everyone trying to keep things running. I am also hoping I can get my LX3310 say as late as June 2022 or I will have to completely push my small business plans back one year. Crazy times... thanks for the feedback.
I got a surprise today. Spoke with my dealer and they did a dealer trade and my LX3310 may ship next week.
Sweet! I was hoping that might happen to me too. I am in Louisiana and my dealer said the nearest dealer that had a LX331HSD was in Oklahoma. I may call and ask him how much it would be to ship it if the dealer in OK still has it. I am on a budget and I think the shipping (if the OK dealer wanted to trade something with my dealer) would be pretty expensive.
Post a picture when you get your LX3310.
For sure! Tractor and rear remotes are coming. Not sure on the tires or third function yet.
