Are you looking at HST or DT in the L3301? I’m doing everything you’ve mentioned (to an absolute T) with an HST L3301 and it’s been perfect with no DPF issues (I run it hard). As mentioned previously though, you will likely need a 10K trailer (20’).
HST. There is going to be my parents using it as well, all with no tractor experience so I think HST will be easier to use/train.

You're going to be very happy with your choice.
As for the purchasing part. Try to find out if what you want is in stock. If it's not, you may get frustrated.
You can build your kubota on line to get a price baseline. From there have the dealership show you the price. Since it is zero interest, don't get focused on payments, stick with the total cost.

Everyone's use cases are different, but it seems like a BX would be small for your needs. I can tell you that one of my biggest purchase regrets in my life was that I bought a BX. For me, it was all feature, not function. What I mean by feature is that it has a loader, 3 pt hitch, pto, etc, all the things motivated me to buy a tractor. However, it was too short, too underpowered, too light, etc to do many of the things I wanted to do.
