Depends on the type of grass you plan to mow, how high you let it get and your intended ground speed.

But with approximately 46 PTO horsepower, your tractor should handle 10'-12' finish mower easily enough.

I would also add in the variable of terrain which can make a big difference. My property is quite hilly so I pull the RC3712 folding cutter with the M6060 rather than the MX6000. The M6060 handles it with ease, but I think the MX would struggle a bit to be honest.

Agreed. Good point.

I have areas of property that have fairly steep hills. Some I can not safely mow across going on the side-hill. So by necessity, up and down.

Going UP hill definitely taxes the available power my tractor produces.

It will do it....but the governor kicks in pretty hard and I am already on the 'cusp' of PTO hp per foot of width for my finish mower.
