OK afor we start, I have been all over looking for ideas to fill wheel barrow tires with foam, but never did it, now yesterday I managed to roll the tire off a wheel on the small cart, was not happy. Now HAS anyone filled a tire of that size, I saw guys using spray foam from like Lowes for around windows, so I asking have of you guys done that?

Interesting timing,,, I was just watching youtube videos of this subject an hour ago. Seems like a lot of people are doing it. The common thing is to poke holes in the tires to let the air out as the foam expands.

I used to work at a tire company that had a commercial division. Position the tire upright with the valve stem at 6 o'clock. Put a needle through the center of the tread at 12 o'clock to vent air. Pull out the needle before foam can fill it and let the foam take care of the hole.
