Does anyone have any experience they can share in rebuilding one of the female auxiliary hydraulic couplers? Specifically installing a new seal kit. I have one on my M7060 that leaks bad. Would it be better just to replace it?
Thanks Bruce

Very rarely do I rebuild couplers, the failure rate it too high.

When you rebuild it just keep everything clean and inspect real well.
When you open it up, if there are imperfections of any kind like, pits, scratches, and especially rust, just keep the kit and get a new coupler. ;)

The loader connections on my M9540 were leaking a little over time and by just carefully using a non-metallic pick I removed the o-rings from the couplers
- carefully cleaned the rubber o-rings, the o-ring seats, and the outside of the male couplers
- I no longer have any leaking from those connections.
I am guessing that during removal/installation some small bits of dust/debris were introduced and caused the slow weeping of the hydraulic fluid.
