Going into my second season with the L3200, with about 80 hours on her. I seems that the fel doesn't have the power that I did last season. can the hydraulic fluid reduce on it's own, how do I check this? Still feeling like a newbie

Simple answer is NO. The fluid can get dirty, but the filter should take care of that. The dirt can mess up the valves. Simplest test of them is to pick up a load, and let go of the handle. The loader should maintain the position - not bleed off. Get a 0-5000lb pressure gauge and check the hydraulic pressure. If it doesn't get to rated pressure (2275 psi) you have a washed valve or mis-adjusted pressure relief.

As I have posted in the operation section. I seem to be having an issue with down pressure. B3000 will not raise tractor off ground with down loader pressure, only by curling bucket will it pick up tractor. Makes it very hard to dig, doesnt seem to dig like my 2410 did.

I also have an L3200, if you push too far it goes into FLOAT which does not push down by design. There should be a detent you can feel which you need to stay short of. Push it down a little.

If it's not the float you are bumping up against, I'm curious as to what the problem is...

Assuming you're not hitting float, I would be concerned with fluids and filters.

She has 80 hours and a couple years. Not sure how long she sat in the sale yard before you bought her.

I think Kubota used to recommend full hydraulic service at 50 hours, but backed that off to filter only.

I'd think about fluid/filter change. There are many threads about 50 hour service here. Oh, and use Kubota filters and UDT or SUDT2, depending on which is appropriate. That's another long debate here, for good reason. Amsoil is cool, too.

I bought her new in may of last year. The dealer did the 50 hour fluid change as recommended, so I assume that meant all the fluids
