Have any one had problems with this mow breaking belts? I’ve gone through 2 this season. Any thoughts , all the pulleys are lined up.

3 seasons with mine, no issues. How are the belts wearing? Have you checked your tension and the pully/spindle bearings for free rotation?

I had a similar issue. Cause was the tension pulley. The pulley itself spun freely. The bar it mounted on was stuck. There was a bunch of crud between the bar and the deck. I took it sll apart, cleaned thoroughly, lubed, and reassembled. I've had no problems since.

I’ll try that. Looks like it is tearing the outside shell off
