Hi, I am a new member and am a proud owner of 3 Kubota's. My L2350 is at the dealer and they want to replace all sorts of things and the bill is getting crazy. I would like to do some of the things myself. my question is...

How difficult is it to replace the radiator fan?
Front axel pivotal seals?

Thanks
Matthew

Also is there a parts diagram or list? The Kubota site wont load it for me.

Where is a good place to buy parts? Local Dealer?

On a tractor that old having a dealer do anything is going to cost you way too much.
That tractor is very easy to work on and requires simple tools and with a normal understanding of general mechanical principals is easy to get around.

I'll send you a link to download the WSM for that tractor.

For parts try this link and see if you get to the page that asked model, Input L2350
http://www.kubota.com/part/partsList.aspx

Pick L2350DT if it's a 4wd.
Pick L2350F if it's a 4wd.

I find that if you are using Chrome for a browser the kubota parts website does not load correctly. I never can see the disclaimer and the box to click that I agree. So if you are using Chrome , try a different browser. You should have better results getting to the parts diagrams.

The radiator fan is easy to replace....getting TO the bolts, however, is not. Likely they're doing it the "right" way, removing the radiator, which is a little time consuming. Time=money, especially if the labor rate is close to $100/hr. It can take a seasoned tech a couple hours to R&R the fan. It can be done quicker but the risk of damaging the fins on the radiator is there. If the dealer bends the fins, or worse punches a wrench through the core while removing the fan blade bolts, then he's out the cost of the expensive radiator plus the cost of losing a customer. So they're likely to remove it to gain better access with reduced chance of other damage.

Same deal for the front axle pivot. Have to drop the axle out of the tractor to accomplish this. Once out, simple deal. Even more time consuming if it's 4wd because of the propeller shaft.
