I believe a lot of the social scum at carnivals and fairs are not necessarily from the area. It's a prime hunting ground.

Right about that, same in this county. The social scum comes from the Little Rock area, I guess too dangerous for them there or maybe they're bored with that area, so they bring it here.

30+ years ago, our county fair was "who has the nastiest dog" gathering.

All these idiots brought their idiot dogs. Carnies had idiot dogs. Dogs were fighting. Many kids were bit horribly. One kid lost an index finger.

Can't fix stupid.

Thankfully they stopped allowing any dogs. I might have had something to do with that.......

one of the attacked was my brother, outside the fairgrounds. Pitty got loose and for whatever reason decided to chew part of his scalp off.
