Hello, I have a f3060 with front mounted rear discharge deck I know it 60"in size and after a new pully spindle but I don't know the model number of the deck or the piece, would anyone have a parts list please

Put in RC60R for the model:

You have either a:
RC60R-F30
RC60R-F30B

You'll have to look at both and see if the spindle you need is the same or not between the models.
If they are not the same, look for differences between them.

Nope not broken, Just not valid for you in France.
Post some pictures on what you need and some of the deck and I'll see if I can get you a good part number.
