F2400 won't stop with key

My F2400 doesn't want to stop when I turn the key off. It did that a few times this spring, but not it's every time.

Anyone could point me in the right direction ?

Bad shut down solenoid.

Should theyre be 12volts to the solenoid when the tractor is running and 0v to turn it off ?

When I check it I seem to have 0v all the time, maybe a spike when I turn the key, but I'm unable to read it.

How many wires off of the solenoid?
Should be 12 volts with the key on, check fuses.
