Is there such a thing as ethanol free gasoline from a gas station.
I've gone so far as to buy a ethanol test kit which hasn't arrived
as yet. I've done a local google search and it shows the 3 local
Conoco gas station are ethanol free???
I've watched a you tube video on removing ethanol from gasoline and
it seems simple enough. I'll give it a try for my small engines if I can't
find it at a gas station. I know you can buy it for your small
engines but they want $5.00 a gallon.

It varies by state. I doubt that the whole gas station is ethanol free though. They just have a pump or 2 that has E0. I use E0 in all my small engines. That may change when my lawn gets bigger. It's most important in 2 cycle engines as the ethanol attracts water which repels the 2 cycle oil and can cause scored pistons and or cylinder walls. It's also important for engines that sit for long periods of time, where gas can go stale. E0 goes stale too, just not as fast. In a lawn mower, it runs about every week or so over the summer and sits over the winter in colder temps, so chemical reactions happen more slowly and humidity is lower I wouldn't worry about it. In my snow blower, it sits all summer, so that needs E0 and a stabilizer. My tiller runs twice a year, so it needs E0 and a stabilizer as well.

We have several stations that sell E00 here in Hawaii. The price is the same as Premium. Costco even has an E00 pump but the price is a little bit higher than Premium. Premium is running 25-30 cents more than Regular here.

I have a local station that sells Eth Free 1 mile away - it does cost a lot more, but use it for everything. In a town of 6,000 we have a couple of stations that go out of their way to provide ethanol free gasoline.

Most of the Conocos around here have Super, that is Ethanol free. It’s only about 40-50 cents more than the cheap stuff.

How old of a Gasoline vehicle are you wanting ethanol free for? Wouldn't stuff 15yrs young or newer not care much.? Wouldn't ECU be programmed to alter ignition timing to ensure proper combustion just fine with E fuels?

Plenty of gas stations (not just marinas) sell e free gas. It's all I use in any of my 2 cycle engines. The link posted earlier, https://www.pure-gas.org/, is an excellent one. Just scroll down to your state, click it, and a whole list of gas stations listed by city will pop up. (There are 2 listed for Tyler, TX.)

The BP station in Zelienople sells e-free Skeets. That is where I get it, along with the off road diesel.

Most vehicles back to the 80's or so are fine up to E10, and we even ran 70's engines on it without issues but the original question was for small engines.

I wouldn't run it in 2 stroke engines period unless I absolutely had to. The small 4 stroke engines that I've used it in have all run just fine on it, but it causes issues when you let it sit with ethanol in it. A lot of the newer stabilizers are formulated specifically for ethanol fuels, so they may be better, but I haven't tried any of them, I just give it a splash of seafoam.

I buy it for my boat and small engines. If you read on the loction chart that was given in most places it is at the premium pump so people do run it innew cars and trucks. Here in Mich it cost 20 cents more than regular

What started me on this was my son who brought me a lot of blowers,
weed eater etc all with brittle hoses. He said I could work on them if I
wanted but he found it cheaper just to buy a new one. The hoses and
fuel filter aren't to hard to repair but if it gummed up the carburetor, that's another
story. I know that I can look at the carburetor number and get a new one
from amazon for under $30.00

This started me down the ethanol free road. I've bought a tester which
hasn't come in yet but I believe my only hope would be ConocoPhillips super.
If I can't find any within a reasonable distance, then I will go to the ethanol
removable route. Their are lots of movies on you tube that basically show
the same method and it does look easy. One drawback is that the ethanol
ups the octane. I'm not real sure what that means on a small engine.
It stated that I would need a to use an octane booster.

Yep the little engines were not set up for ethanol as early as vehicles were. BUT.... if you run newer ones.... they are..... and do believe most replacement parts are of materials ok with ethanol. check the manufacture (if you can) to verify ethanol compatibility. suspect using compatible parts will save you plenty funds compared to paying for ethanol free fuel.
