Engine Stand for D722

Can you mount a D722 to an engine stand? I assumed you could, but it appears - based on my very little knowledge - that most engines attach where the transmission attaches. But, the D722 just has an output shaft and does not have a transmission housing that it attaches to. Am I misunderstanding where to or how to mount it? Thank you.

You can mount the D722 on a stand. Output shaft/pulley on the back and flywheel/PTO on the front, but nothing that would interfere with mounting it on a stand. Pretty easy - 4 bolts and some wood blocks, or you could fab up some metal brackets.
