im finishin up my resto on my b7100. when i put my hazards on the right one isint blinking. i swiched the bulbs, still nothing. i have power to the socket, and when i put the test light on the bulb while its pluged in the test light blinks, but the bulb dosent. im at a loss i just cant figure this one out.

are the contacts that touch the bulb pushed/mashed in where they won't contact the bulb? you can still poke them with a probe, but they may not be touching the bulb
How many new bulbs have you tried? Swap the known good one from the other side in put it in there.
Is the socket getting a good ground? You can try running a jumper cable to the socket from a good ground to see if thats your problem.
I guess Vic thinks it's a ground! On older tractors I find it is a bad ground 9 times out of 10. It's very easy to check and fix.
thanks guys it was the ground. ive been running into that problem a lot, seeings how i just refinished everything im finding it hard to scrape the paint off to get a ground, i cringe every time i have to.
