I've always felt the need for speed but I'm too damn old for that now, great video, thanksOutlaws: Green Grass and High Tides...
1976, Champaign Illinois. Doobies concert. Sixth row center... The warm-up band who I have never heard of walks out and the vocalist says, "Hi yall! Were the Outlaws and we are gonna play you some rock and roll!"
--45 minutes later, they wrap with this song and walk off stage. My buddy and I are sitting there with our hair blown back, stunned at what we just witnessed. Speechless, I stand up and my friend reminds me the Doobies are next. Oh yeah. I sit back down. What a total mind blower of a set. I had no idea who these guys were. Afterwards, I couldn't get to a record store fast enough to get their album. Brilliant stuff. Brilliant indeed.
Within Temptation... Good music by some older "kids."
