You stole that. Hell of a deal. Any plans to sell the cab? Allot of grease shows they were anal on maintenance. Curious what HP that has.
Yeah, I'll sell the cab since I don't need anything else collecting dust. Front and rear wipers, front and rear lights, amber/yellow strobe light on top, heat, etc. It has a switch labeled "Aux" and I have no idea what that's for... I'm good with wiring, so I'll figure it out soon enough!
Tractor is 23hp, pretty much a BX2370-1 with a beefier frame to handle the backhoe from my understanding.

I found an essential part to using the tractor as a mower today! Only 45 minutes away, low hours (only a year or so old), well lubed.

Nice find. What's the width on that mower?
I ended up with a 60" after watching one of the Messicks videos showing the different mounts between the 54" and 60". While it's bigger than I was planning, I was only looking at the smaller 54" to help with scalping in uneven parts of the yard. The extra articulation in the 60" mounts will supposedly help in that regard, and I'll get the mowing done faster as an added bonus.

Nice. I had the RCK54-23BX mower on my BX25D which as the part number implies was a 54" cutter. It did a good job for what it was, but the ride left a lot to be desired and that limited how much of my property I'd even attempt to cut. When I moved up to the MX6000 and M6060 I realized just how brutal the BX was, but on a nice level field without holes or divots I'm sure it would have been a much nicer experience.

Coming from the bigger 2501 with filled R4s, I was surprised at how soft the BX was with the loader, cab and backhoe riding on unloaded turfs. I'm curious what happens when I remove everything but the mower deck. Thankfully I'm just mowing normal lawn, so I don't think it'll beat me up too much.

I would have liked to have a nice, smooth, large flat area to cut when I had the BX25D. I might have kept it if I had such a thing.

The last spring/summer I owned the BX I bought a nice Oregon precision blade balancer to help with blade sharpening for the mower mentioned above. Of course, less than a year later I sold the BX and now have a nice wall ornament.
