I could probably nail the answer if I had a better picture to look at other then from the angle shown. I have seen something similar like that for ATV's to use and haul bails of hay with. But I can't figure out why in the hell the winch is facing forward and pointing to the back of the tow vehicle, that doesnt make much sense!
