I have an MX5200, 200 hours. Often there isn't hydraulic fluid visible in the sight glass. No operation of the FEL or 3-point makes a difference. Add fluid till visible, operate the tractor, fluid disappears. Drive/operate the tractor and the fluid returns to the sight glass. No visible leaks anywhere.

This is very normal as there are many gears and bearings the fluid lubricates and sticks to, its exact purpose. This is the exact same reason why you are always told to check oil level or fluid levels after the tractor or any vehicle for that matter has cooled.
Some vehicles actually have specific dipsticks (like Mercedes diesels which have a check when warm, or check when cold dipstick as the difference can be well over a quart.)
Additionally, every automatic transmission is any car or truck will have a full cold and full hot mark on the dipstick. Not only does the fluid lay on the gears and in the clutch packs when cold, it expands when hot.
