Hi all, first time posting question about kubota L35
1. Dipper stick only has force to dig while moving away from machine.
2. Dipper stick has no force while digging towards machine.
3. The dipper stick moves find in both direction, while in the air.
4. I don't see any leaks.
5. One thing this winter i forced the joy stick open, could i have broken a rubber seal in the control box ?

Sounds like you have a blown internal seal on the ram. ;)

NIW is most likely correct, however a faulty/broken spool valve could also be a possibility. Depending on access to your valve connections you may be able to quickly reverse the two hose connections to the ram to help diagnose the problem before removing the ram from the machine.

Okay, new at this tractor stuff, but I guess if i switch the hoses and the problem moves to the other direction my spool valve has a problem correct ?

Are there any video's on how to fix the spool, I assume that the entire unit the joysticks are connecting to ?

Hi,
I reversed the hoses and the reversed so it's a spool problem.
How do I make the repair, do I have to take the assembly out or just access the valve in place?

Thanks Philip

Thanks,

For the help, it was the pressure relief valve, the small o-ring sheathing a very small piece came off and slid into the sleeve and wouldn't allow the valve to release. Had to oreder a new valve for $103.75.
