Yesterday I helped a friend with the 50-hour service on his 2019 BX23S and afterward I drove his tractor so I could compare it to my 2019 BX23S. On my tractor, as soon as you let your foot off of the forward or reverse pedal, the tractor comes to a completely abrupt stop. On his, the tractor comes to a slow gentle stop. My tractor has about 125 hours on it vs his with 50 hours. Is there any adjustment that I can make to my tractor that will soften this stop?

Sometimes that comes in handy but seems like it would be more wear and tear on the tranny or hydraulics system. Mine wanted to keep creeping forward or reverse so I had them adjust it while it was in for other warranty work. I like the fact that I don't have to brake everytime I want to slow or come to a complete stop fairly quick.

also be sure to grease the Zerk for it ,under the mat 'hidey hole' !!
Adjusting the HST neutral spring is the best solution.

Myself, I just stopped greasing the pivot point on my BX2200 years ago, and it stops at a reasonable rate now. Previously, it was a head snapper...I realize I took the easy way out...did not think about the spring adjustment. Not sure if the BX2200 has one...I should look!
