There is a wide range of prices even in local areas. The highest is on interstate highways, with lower costs in town. See today’s lowest prices near me. All in town.

I wonder if this is only major truck stops in each region, I say this because I am in the Midwest and except at the large truck stops like Loves the highest I see is 5.17 in my area. Heck there is even a couple fuel stations under 4.50 a gallon for diesel.

My local Shell station has diesel at $5.99 per gallon,.... and is not on an interstate!
