I just had my dial-a-cut for my BX2200 repaired at a dealer, because it was all hacked up. Anyhow, how long does this dial-a-cut gizmo supposed to last (assuming you don't ram the deck into anything or be stupid with it)?
It doesn't seem like Kubota spent much time engineering this thing. The reason that I ask, is that I don't have a flat, bump free lawn, and it seems like bumps are very hard on this particular set up. I try to go over the bumps with ease, but it's really hard to tell where they are.
At least the tractor mows right now... but I'm just concerned, as it was over $300 in repair work! (at least it was covered under warranty though)
I can already think of many other better ways to have deck height adjustment that is far superior to this one and I'm no engineer.
