Deck PTO stalls B2100 when let out clutch

Hello, recently got on my B2100 to mow. Runs and drives fine, but when I engaged the mid PTO and let out clutch it stalls engine. Safety switch is bypassed, and rear PTO works fine. Any ideas?

Lift the deck and rotate the blades by hand. If they won't move the blades or gearbox is jammed.

It’s gotta be in the safety circuit. You say the switch is bypassed, but did you wring out that circuit to see if it open somewhere?

With the engine OFF, Mid PTO engaged, clutch pedal depressed, can you turn the blades freely in both directions?

Safety switch bypassed, also wouldn't start if it wasnt.
