My rear is covered.main roadway is slick too. Manitoba public insurance has this thing, driving too fast for road conditions.
Actually the harrow pulled a little gravel up here and there so its greatly improved. Now if i put up signage warning of slippery conditions i would be held accountable.

Gentleman plowed a road on the river, marked it and used road to place stone on shoreline. Snowmobiler hit snowbank and wrecked sled. Trucker was found to be at fault.

Marking a hazard places responsibility on individual who marked it as hazard.

Kind of like having sign at your gate that reads: "Beware of Dog". You put the sign up because you didn't want someone bitten. Meaning you know your dog might bite someone. So when someone gets bitten, it's your fault!

The world would be a better place if all law schools were closed down for at least 10 years.
