You can tell there's no HOA, the grass in the lot behind them is too tall.

Perhaps you didn’t notice the rest of the flora. It’s in South Australia. I took the photo while geocaching (hidden in the third one to the left of the teddy bear when I found it). This string of loos is something of a state landmark. The guy who put it there was going to remove it because morons kept vandalizing it, so the state posted some surveillance and caught the idiots to help the guy out. It’s just down the road from Cream Puff Corner. I’m not at my PC at the moment or id post a photo of that sign. Gotta love the Aussie humor. A bit drier than Canadian humor but they make no apologies for it. If an Aussie apologizes for something that offends you, then they probably don’t like you. I married one, so had to get over my Bible Belt upbringing pretty quick.
