I grew up with jacked up muscle cars. My first 67 Chevy was like that Nova.

Just learned that was a “thing” for pickups the other day…😳

Where I come from, a truck like that would get you beaten up on the playground……😉
Very common around here, and I think you're right about the playground link. Kids stopped getting beat up on the playgrounds and having their precious feelings hurt, and this is the result.

You know the kids today, with their loud music, hula hoops, fax machines...

I really don't expect anybody to get the reference, but if you do? You nerd.

I think this fad started when one idiot only had enough money to lift the front and had to save up to do the back.

All it takes is another idiot idolizing the first idiot and well......

You got states outlawing this mod because they are morons 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

My last job before I retired was working in-store sales at a lumber yard slash hardware.

A customer brought in a used gallon can of paint and wanted to know if I'd shake it up for him. Being a slow day, and he being a good customer, I complied.

Should've inspected the can first. Bottom was rusty, can disintegrated. About the only difference is that the cabinet contained the explosion. I was still a couple of hours cleaning it up...
