D902 engine swap - BX2360 to a BX2230

Hello wise ones...
I have an opportunity to get my hands on a low hours D902-E3B from a BX2360 that I want to put into my BX2230 with a stuffed D902-EB. The dealer is saying it is the same block so will fit but hoping there is someone here with some real world experience. My concerns are engine mounts and output shaft to the transmission are in same position. Thanks

It will bolt in with no problem.
