Took me long enough to start this project but now it's about finished. The goal was to make all the Craftsman parts work with as little as possible modifications to those parts while

keeping the deck on too. Just use the same geometry and install in different positions. Works great so far now i have to ballast the rear tires some because of the foward arm of the blade is further out that the Kubota ones.

What do you guys think?

Bits and pieces and a lot of geometry. It works. Now to clean up the rest of it and paint the blade orange. Next I'm going to find all the same parts again and make a sleeve hitch for the rear.
Funnest part of this is trying to build and re-engineer something so I can remove and install it as one part. As much as possible that is. I don't want to waist time figuring out when all the parts go when I want to use it again.

I have all the sleeve hitch parts off of my IH cub cadet. They may work, with some work.

Built an chain box tonight to help the weight of the front end. I'll try it tomorrow to see how much more ballast I need to add. Yes, it's an old ammo can.

Nice job, It is do nice having the knowledge and tools to fabricate and repurpose.

From previous exp. don't use the plow with the deck on. if you are moving dirt you will most likely get stuck.

Funny you said get stuck. I did get stuck yesterday when I had large tree root get between my front tire and anti scalp wheel of my deck. So far that's been the only time. I'm filling in a low spot with yard debris and that root was at the top of a low spot I'm filling. Marked it and moved on.
