While swapping between my front end blower and loader on my LX2610 I cannot attach the hoses on the loader to the tractor. I've read some articles that mention releasing pressure. I did move the stick and the male ends on the tractor can easily be pressed in so no pressure there. It's the female ends on the loader that I have used a light rag and a small metal rod to press in. I get no fluid and it does not feel like they are depressing to release any pressure. I am afraid to press too hard as I do not want to damage the connection. Any thoughts?

Had this same issue a few weeks ago. Very frustrating. While there are release valves and tricks for a more permanent solution, the quick way is to get the appropriate sized wenches and crack the pressure lock between the hose fitting and the hose.
