Hey man, He's obviously concerned about safety. He has the PTO shaft guard on.
He’s got a couple videos using a 2WD Ford with dual tires. Front end was off the ground quite a bit.
It appears he does this for hire. I wonder how often he hits stumps or gets tangled up in an old fence. All he needs to do is find an old hole covered with vegetation on the low side while doing that side hill cutting in 10 ft high brush at 10 mph and I think it will be a life changing event. Hopeful one he has the opportunity to do differently the next time.

I grew up in WV and that's tame compared to some of the things the guys mowing gas and power line right of ways do. The guy standing in the line of fire might want to reconsider his positioning....

I do not see anything in this video that is wrong. I have done almost exactly what he has done on my property and my neighbor's property with some really overgrown scotch broom. I do not see anything dangerous here.
