My first forum. I shared these on someone else’s existing forum but not sure that was the correct way. I made some rubber mats for my L2501 HST. They should fit other L series HST models if interested. Easy to install and remove for cleaning.

Noice. You cut those on the CNC? You wouldn't happen to have a drawing/model you'd be willing to share, would you?
I don't have a CNC, but I do have access to a plotter, I could print out a 1:1 and try my best at cutting/drilling by hand.
I'm a little worried about sand/moisture getting underneath there and rotting the floorboard away, but at the same time, it's not as permanent (read, "easier to back out of") as going the rhino lining way.

Are these offered for sale or just showing what you can do? I think I saw them somewhere else held in place with elevator bolts.
I saw the ones you are referring too and those mats did use elevator bolts. The ones I make do not need elevator bolts. The holes let’s the mats drop in place and stay put.

I want to take a moment and thank all who have purchased mats and I have enjoyed the conversations we have had! A mat is nice to have and I wouldn't be without one, but pull them up every now and then and clean the floor. They are notorious for holding mud and water which causes...well you know. I just removed my BX mat for the first time and it looks like I have some work to do tomorrow.
Agree, issues may arise with a fully covered mat that is held down with trim. That makes it not as convenient to remove, clean and/or air dry. The ones I make are easy to install and remove without any hardware so I pull mine and rinse both, mats and Floor pans after heavy use in mud. You bring up a valid point.
Ken shipped my L3901 mats immediately. They are heavy duty and a perfect fit - I couldn’t be happier!

Lol, I really wish I was able accommodate all of the different models. My dilemma is finding other models in my area so I can personally go measure and captured the design in CAD. If I could think of an easy way were people could make templates and send them to me I might could make that work. It would need to be simple for the requestor, but detailed enough so I could create CAD models from it. I'm open to ideas.So when does production start on other models.. You just going to leave us out??

What do the rubber mats do for you besides protect the paint on the floorboard?

i find if your using the tractor for long periods at a time it reduces vibration on your feet. It also helps me when using my toes to lift the treadle pedal for reverse.
