Clutch slipping L2350

I just bought this tractor and the clutch has started slipping. It has 1220 hours on it. I haven't made any adjustments yet, but I also think the clutch pedal doesn't move very much compared to everything else I have driven with a clutch. I will measure the travel tomorrow, but I would guess it is only only moving 2 inches when I press it. That doesn't seem normal, but its the first Kubota I've owned. The manual I have doesn't give good details about adjusting it, it only talks about the first 10-20mm. Can I adjust it to make the slipping stop, or is the clutch bad? I will also pull the inspection cover tomorrow and check the spec on the bolts there. Thanks in advance for any help!

Sounds like you’re going to have to replace the clutch

But you can try to adjust it to see if it works better

I believe the measurement they refer to is the free travel before the clutch begins to disengage. The pedel should go almost to the floorboard. As Russell King says adjust, first then lubricate pivot points, look for obstructions that might impede linkage travel.
If just purchased and with those hours consider checking ALL adjustments. I assume you've changed all oil, fluids, filters, coolant, etc. I also suggest confirming fuse sizes and placement, battery terminals and their connection points. Check fasteners for correct torque values.

Try adjusting the clutch so you have about an inch of easy pedal movement (free play) before the clutch actually starts to disengage. As stated above it should be possible to press it nearly to the floor.
