I was working today moving some old debris from the back forty with my son, after a few hours he said check out the tire, you an't gonna like it. There in the front tire was a old screw type nail. I wasn't sure how deep it was. But it felt embedded pretty firm. We continued to work another couple hours, then back at the house I took a pair of plyers and yanked it out, no air loss, it was in about 1/4"-3/8". Luck ? I think I am, it could of ended a lot worse .

You're probably fine. Those tires are thick and that looks real shallow. If not string plug it and you'll be fine.
